Time for the second variety from the mega bucket! Found this at the new Y&Y Supermarket in Lynnwood, Washington. Was the only thing I got but there were quite a few other things I wish I had. It’s a big bucket maybe 15 orso inches tall, containing a lot of different varieties. $13 was indeed a good deal for such a large thing. CNY promos are where it’s at! Let’s try this one out.

Time for the next to last variety from the megs noodle bucket. This one sounds a little different from what I’ve tried before – guess we shall see!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in all sachets and fill to line with boiling water. Cover 8 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Huy Fong chili garlic sauce, sesame seed, chashu, and dried basil flakes. The noodle came out nicely – a nice departure from the sweet potato thread. The broth was primarily a Sichuan peppercorn infused variant – with only one problem; the sesame paste or whatever paste it was – it did not disperse after copious stirring – that’s a problem.
