You Ni Yi Mian Scallion Oil Flavor Noodle – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle 6~8 minutes and drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!
A bock of dry noodle.
A sachet of sauce.
A sachet of seasoned oil.
A sachet of vegetables.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, sesame seed, and scallion. The noodle was perfect this time – go for the 6 minutes and not the 8 – good chewiness. TThe scallion flavor was very good – nice saltiness as well. 4.75 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 804467092093.
