Today, we have a variety from Indonesian company Lemonilo for the US market. I like curry – a lot. Let’s give it a go.
Lemonilo Ramen Chick’N Curry – United States

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil for 3 minutes. Drain. Add seasoning to 1/2 cup boiling water and stir. Add in noodles. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, tofu puss, scallion, sesame seed, mung bean sprout, and crushed red pepper. Noodle came out nicely – a slightly different texture as not only wheat is used but cassava and tapioca flour as well. The curry flavor was great – but very strong and very salty. I think instead of adding 1/2 cup of boiling water, perhaps 3/4 to a full cup might work much better here. 3.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 882095223492.
