Thanks again to Noodle Journey for sending these! This Toowoomba version I reviewed recently from this range really reminded me of their Tangle versions here in the US as far as the noodle is concerned. Let’s give this a try!
Samyang Cootiq Mala Cream Pasta – South Korea
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure if it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle 5 minutes. Drain water, saving 3~5 spoons (45-75ml) water. Add water and sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion and sesame seed. Noodles are broad and flat. The flavor is a creamy Sichuan pepper flavor – reminds me of a rose sauce. It’s good – but a little strong and wish it was a little more subtle. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8801073116184.
