Samyang Green Mala Buldak HOT Chicken Flavor Ramen – Indonesia
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepar, boil noodle in 600ml 5 minutes. Drain saving 8 spoons water (15ml*8=120ml). Add in everything and stir fry 30 seconds. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion and sesame seed. Noodle is very thick and chewy – extremely good in this application. The sauce is very hot – maybe 1x hot? Has a nice savory taste to it, however didn’t detect Sichuan peppercorn all that much really. Either way, a tasty Buldak variant to be sure. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8801073115095.
