Been curious about this one and it was found at 99 Ranch Market – very cool! Haven’t really seen much of any new Buldak varieties around this area recently, so that was a nice find. Well, let’s try it!
Samyang Buldak Rose Artificial Spicy Chicken Flavor Wide Glass Noodle – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. Tp prepare, add noodle and liquid sachet to bowl and fill to line with hot water and stir well. Microwave 2.5 minutes @ 1000W. Add in dry sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion and sesame seed. Noodle is indeed wide and has a good mouthfeel. Frankly, I expected something more along the lines of a sweet potato belt noodle, but definitely not. The rose flavor is a balance of spicy and creamy which is incredibly good. Heat level? Probably at the very bottom of the Buldak spectrum; maybe a little less than Quattro. All in all though very good. 4.75 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 192699000086.
