Finished (click to enlarge). Added flower fu, kamaboko, shichimi, mung beasn sprouts, sesame seed, and spring onion. Noodle was meh, broth was salty meh. Just not a fan of thin broths like this, and I don’t know that I’ve evr given Okinawa soba high marks. 2.75 out of 5.0 stars.  JAN bar code 4902105279083.
