Here’s something interesting from a company that usually brings things that are interesting! A tom yum variety from Taiwan. I’m game – let’s check it out!
Little Couples Thai Tom Yum Dry Noodle – Taiwan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, boil noodle 5~6 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added tomato, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, coriander, crushed red pepper, and fried onion. Noodle wasd a thin gauge with a very nice chewiness to it which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the tom yum flavor fell short for this reviewer. I was hoping for an immersive and strong tom yum experience, however what I got was much lighter. Need that punchiness to get me going. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4712928250820.
