Here’s one that came from the folks at United Exchange Corporation – thanks! So, this is a big claim – restaurant quality ramen. These are made in Vietnam for the US market. I’m rather curious. Let’s find out what we have here.
Choi Ramen Noodle Soup Artificial Roasted Chicken Flavor – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to 415ml boiling water and cook for 4 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chicken sauteed with paprika, cumin, and salt, sesame seed, soft egg, crushed red pepper, and green onion. The noodle is very interesting; it imparts the characteristic nature of ramyun which is odd with the size of the noodle block – that was a curveball. However, a well thrown curveball – this noodle has the soft outer and more chewy inner nature which I very much enjoy in a Korean style noodle. The broth has an exceptionally good chicken flavor; like roasted chicken. Plus, it has a little bit of thickness which adds a heartiness. The vegetables were a nice touch and being flakes, hydrated well. For a small pillow pack chicken instant, this is extremely good. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 780707105573.
