Ham flavor macaroni soup? Yeah – for really though! I’ve had the chicken flavor by this brand as well, and there are a few other brands out of Hong Kong that do different flavors including tonkotsu! Let’s give this ham variety a try.
Chewy Quick Serve Macaroni Ham Flavour – Hong Kong
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add macaroni to 600ml boiling water. Cook for 3~4 minutes. Add in sachets contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added mung bean sprouts, scallion, chashu, and sesame seed. Macaroni was just right in 4 minutes. The flavor was a tasty Chinese style sausage – like a pork version of braised beef I suppose. Oiliness was nice. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 652283000071.
