Took awhile to attempt to figure this one out. This looks like an interesting one – let’s check it out.
Jiangxi Nanchang Mixed Noodles – China

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free, but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle 12 minutes. Drain. Add in sachets. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Solid bits.
Sesame oil.
Green onion.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion. Noodle is quite nice, however 12 minutes was a bit of a wait. Flavor seemed slightly muted for a Chinese variety, however it was quite nice. Peanuts went well, and pickled things were of good quality. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6956348302013.
