Well, hmm. This is the third variety of these I’ll be trying and the first two did very poorly. They both got zero stars. It really bums me out because these folks make some amazing rice products, but I have to say the translation into ramen makes my palate wretch. Hopefully, this one will be better! Third time’s the charm? We shall see.

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains fish and shrimp. To prepare, add in sachet contents and boiling water to fill line. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion and sesame seed. Noodles were very much underdone, even after copious amounts of stirring and breaking them up. They have a way of sticking to the teeth and weren’t palatable. I must say the soup block was the best of the three, with nice sized semi-crisp kimchi, but the liquid that accompanied it was just a little bit of salt. It was like you had a small amount of kimchi, put salt on it, and added boiling water. Really bummed about this put unfortunately, the third time was not the charm. 0.0 out of 5.0 stars.
