You know, my favorite foods always have ambiguous and generalisms in them. Well, not really, but my favorite titles do. Miscellaneous sauce? Could be assorted sauce? This is one where the distributor’s label has a bit of a translation error I’m guessing. But this is how you’ll find it if you get it here in the United States, so I’ll leave it. Anyways, let’s give it a try.
Yumei Noodle With Peas And Miscellaneous Sauce – China

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, To prepare, boil noodle for 2~3 minutes. Drain. Add everything in. Finally, stir and enjoy!

I believe this is pickled cabbage.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, sliced Fresno pepper, scallion, and sesame seed. Noodle is thin and hydrated well with a nice little chew. The flavor is a savory and spicy combo with a little sesame paste flavor. Included pickled vegetable was on point and peas were exemplary. Absolutely tasty stuff – 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
