I’ve tried a few brown rice ramen varieties and one thing I’ve found is that I really like them quite a bit. The noodle has a nice texture and gauge usually. Let’s see how this one does.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare,, add noodle and soup base to 500ml boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added naruyomaki, La-Yu chili oil, sesame seed, spring onion, homemade chashu, and mung bean sprouts. Noodles are great – wonderful texture that is brown rice ramen. The broth was a comfortable salty and savory combo; like a cross of miso and shoyu, yet very light and hospitable. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.  JAN bar code 4901735016303.
