iNoodle Udon Cooked Noodles House Special Flavor – Taiwan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add udon to 400ml water and cook 2 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Guessing this is a sachet of vegetables.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added narutomaki, kamaboko, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, sesame seed, and crushed red pepper. A surprise in this one. The udon was altogether very standard fare. The broth however has a very tasty and Taiwanese kind of taste – I really expected something more standard to the Korean palate. Very happily surprised.. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.
