Here’s what they had to say about this one – ‘The unusually named “UFO” brand is one of Japan’s most popular for yakisoba. Yakisoba is fried noodles with a Worcestershire-like sauce. While not ramen, this is a deliciously important Japanese noodle dish. In this instant version, the sauce is stronger and richer than normal (“Koi” flavor). It’s also blended with kelp and shiitake mushrooms. The fresh cabbage, deep-fried balls of batter, and bonito fish bits make for great toppings and condiments.’

Yakisoba is one of my favorites – let’s check out this unique one~!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sliced chashu, sesame seed, spring onion, and shichimi. The noodles have a little spnginess which isn’t my favorite aspect of instant yakisobas in this range. The flavor was nice though, and the amount of cabbage was decent. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902105264102
