Mom’s Dry Noodle Dandan Noodle – Taiwan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles 4~5 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, combine and enjoy!
Air dried Taiwanese dry noodle.
A sachet of soy sauce.
A sesame sachet.
A spicy oil sachet.
A dry sachet of garlic.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, black and blond sesame seed, spring onion, pepper flake, and barbecue pork. The noodles have the perfect chew as well as gauge.
