I’ve been a big fan of this flavor for quite a while – thought I’d tried every variety, too. Well, last time MyKuali sent samples, this one was in there as well. Sounds good to me – let’s crack it open!
MyKuali White Fish Broth Rice Vermicelli – Malaysia
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, boil vermicelli for 3 minutes in 400ml water. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added smoked scallops, tomato, spring onion, pepper flake, and sesame seed. Vermicvelli was thrilled to be in the bowl with the broth which is almost chowderlike, but not as heavy. Nice fish flavor and a perfect creaminess. Little bits of vegetable garnish floated freely.
