MAMA of Thailand recently sent a big box of noodles – thank you! Lots of neat new varieties to sample including this one. I like curry and crab so I think this will be pretty good. Let’s check it out!
MAMA Signature Cup Instant Rice Noodles Crab Curry Flavor – Thailand
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Unsure if it contains meat or seafood (guessing it does) – check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachet contents and boiling water to fill line. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added orange bell pepper, tomato, fried onion, coriander, and pepper flake. The rice noodles came out just right – soft and abundant with a nice gauge. The broth was amazing – lots of heat, a lemongrass element, and a nice crab note to it. Really enjoyed this one. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8851876001705.
