Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion, and sesame seed. The noodles were alright – kind of a soft udon as were expected. Broth was sweet with a bonito finish and very thin. Included pieces of tofu were very soft, kamaboko with a decent chew, and then a good amound of seaweed. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars.
