First off, let me say that I did a mukbang with this one an it’s at the bottom. Definitely the spiciest one I’ve done in quite some time.
So what’s topokki? It’s a rice cake which resemble a huge piece of rice in its shape and it very chewy. Let’s check it out!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in everything and water to fill line. Microwave 2 1/2 minutes at 100W. Finally, stir and enjoy!
