Been a fan of this brand for awhile and things like this are why. Borscht from China? Very unique. Let’s give it a whirl!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in everything and fill to line with boiling water. Cover 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, scallion, sesame seed, sour cream, and scallion. Noodle hydrated very well. – standard gauge, round shape. The broth is a tangy and slightly earthy one. Definitely had that beet kind of thing going on. The surprise here were the peas which hydrated better than any peas I’ve found in instants – bravo – they’re usually chalky and even crunchy. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6925303791254.
