Found this at 99 Ranch Market – sounds interesting and nice to find a spicy one from China. Guessing this will be kind of like a carbonara style. Let’s give it a try!

Finished (click to enlarge). Here we have the standard Baixiang instant noodle which is usually on the fluffy and soft side. The flavor however is very rough. I expected a lot of heat, some more than heat for flavor, but I was gob-struck. For something with an angry chicken on the package, I got such a funky flavor. I think the creamy element betrayed all comers here. It tasted like bizarre marshmallows; kind of hot cocoa element. It was so opposite from what I’d expected or even remotely hoped for. This was foul. Strange, as I usually love varieties from this company. Not this one. 0.0 out of 5.0 stars. – EAN bar code 6935270659778.
