To start, this get the USA tag as it’s an export version and labeled for US sale. Ten years. Ten years ago I got to visit the two MAMA noodle factories in Thailand – really an amazing place. I have a travelogue about my trip here. Super nice people, really interesting things to see – I miss Thailand and hope to revisit some day. This particular variety has been a favorite of mine for years and it’s been a long, long time since I reviewed it, so it gets another go. Let’s cook it up!
MAMA Oriental Style Instant Noodles Shrimp Creamy Tom Yum Flavor – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains shrimp. To prepare, add everything to 300ml boiling water and cover 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Dodo fish ball, Fresno chili pepper, coriander, and crushed red pepper. Noodle is perfect – thin and brittle with a nice tooth.
