Here’s another of the new package varieties from Prima Taste – prawn soup. I’ve been saving it for the right time and this be it. Let’s cook!
Prima Taste Singapore Prawn Soup La Mian – Singapore
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains prawn, shrimp, and chicken. To prepare, add soup base to 400ml water and bring to a boil. Add noodle and cook 7 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added shrimp, LKK Chiu Chow Chili Crisp, sesame seed, and scallion. The noodle is of legend; nice firness and chew and a perfect gauge. The broth has a nice prawn flavor – not overly salty and very nice. I could go for more strong and sweet prawn, however that’s more the Malaysian thing.
