A few reviews ago, I had a different collab from A-Sha – a Taiwanese Beef Noodle and it was insanely good. This one sounds spicy – let’s give it a go!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in everything but spicy sachet and boiling water to fill line. Cover 4 minutes. Add in spicy sachet. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle is just wonderful – really thrilled. The broth is alright – very spicy which I was pleased with considering the branding, however I was left wanting something more here. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 193937001537.
