I’m really not sure about this one. It’s rather heavy and I’m having trouble finding instructions on its preparation – but I’ll get t the bottom of it.

Detail of the lid (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add noodle and large pouch and fill to line with boiling water and cover 4~6 minutes. Drain. Add remaining sachets. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion and sesame seed. This was very interesting; it has a smattering of noodle and an absolute megaton of vegetables. That was nice, however the Sichuan peppercorn laced sauce/broth was really strong on the saltiness side of things. Way too strong. It is possible I prepared it incorrectly and if so, then that’s a bummer, but if not and the way I had it, just a saltiness overload. 1.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4914790160766.
