Here’s a variety that I found in one of MiauMall’s Nakama Noodles subscription boxes! These are discontinued, however you can find their stuff at MiauMall – here is what they said about this one – “Let’s start the season of love with this sweet and spicy ramen! This collab with Mode Gakuen features a tasty yukgaejang-style broth with a beef base and plenty of red chili and garlic. And with the honey butter oil, this cup is lovely from start to finish”

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, S&B Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic In Chili Oil, and sesame seed. This was very ‘as expected,’ which isn’t good for this one. The noodle was fine. The broth had scattered meaty bits. The broth was oily and had a kind of sweet, spicy, and buttery aspect. It just kind of mushed together into this funky taste that was neither here or there and never coalesced into something reasonable to push out as a product. 1.5 out of 5.0 stars.
