Tapatio Ramen Noodle Soup Birria Flavored Ramen – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare add in sachet contents and fill to line with boiling water. Cover 3~4 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Chinese sausage, scallion, sesame seed, egg, and crushed red pepper. Noodle was just right after steeping 4 minutes – round and thin with good mouthfeel. The broth was impressive – a strong herbed flavor almost reminiscent of duck varieties. Broth also has a slight thickness to it which was satisfuying. Spiciness wasn’t overwhelming and I found it very good. By far the best birria instant I’ve tried thus far, and very surprised how much I enjoyed this one. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
