Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed, scallion, and Antarctic krill meat. The noodle is soft and thick – and very plentiful. The broth imparts a nice seafood flavor which is tasty and believable. The garnish was here and there, mostly seaweed. I should note the krill meat – it was my first time trying it and it is kind of like ground shrimp – really good. Score without the garnish/krill mean 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.
