Here’s a variety that I found in one of MiauMall’s Nakama Noodles subscription boxes! These boxes are discontinued, however you can find their stuff at MiauMall – here is what they said about this one – “Before the jingle bells start ringing, let’s say goodbye to fall with a tasty cup of miso ramen! This cup features a smooth yet flavorful broth with roasted white miso that is amazingly fragrant. Add in tasty, chewy noodles and you have a perfect cup to transition to winter!”

Loose bits and seasoning from the cup – a lot of it.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, narutomaki, mung bean sprout, and scallion. Noodle is thick; almost seemed underdone but it’s just the way it is. The broth was a roasty toasty white miso which was interesting. I can’t say it was really wonderful and I think I’ve found that straight red or straight white miso isn’t my cup of tea, however a melding of the two is best. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars.
