Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, S&B Umami Topping, sesame seed, narutomaki, and scallion. The noodle is thin and what you’d expect out of a cup like this. The broth has a tinge of sweetness. A little thickness. A pretty good cup. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4897878150083.
