Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, Su Bullet Garlic Chili Crisp, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle is thin with a slight brittleness and wonderful mouthfeel. The broth is milky and has a little black garlic oil flavor, While I liked the other version better, this is still truly wonderful. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8888279103385.
