Detail of the lid (click to enlarge).

The noodle block.

Powder base and lots of vegetables. Looks like kamaboko as well.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added flower fu, kamaboko, chashu, shichimi, sesame seed, and spring onion. Noodles were alright – nothing to write home about. The broth had a kind of scallop flavor but the shoyu aspect was lost on me. Just all in all kind of boring – a nice amount of vegetables though. Included kamaboko was prevalent. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars.  JAN bar code 4901734048824.
