Another one that came by way of Pher Engi – thanks again! Kaldu ayam just translates to chicken broth, so I’m guessing this will basically will be your standard chicken flavor variety from Indomie – not onion chicken, special chicken, or chicken curry – just chicken. Let’s give it a go!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle in 400ml water for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, spring onion, and baked chicken. Noodle was very nice – chewier than expected. The broth was a nice, full bodied chicken. It is augmented by chili powder sachet content – which was a great little bit of oomph added to the broth. All in all, an excellent chicken instant. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 089686010107.
