Yup – another newer version Vite Ramen! Once I get through all these, the prototypes for version 1.3 will be next! I remember I really liked this one – let’s see how this improved version does!

Detail of the back (click to enlarge). Definitely worth checking the stats on this one. Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles in 2 cup[s water for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame and spring onion. The noodles are exceptionally good – great chew and mouthfeel. The broth is a light white miso with a nice thickness to it. As directions mention, augmenting with extra salt is a good idea here. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. No bar code.
