Finished (click to enlarge). Added narutomaki, marinated egg, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, chashu, shichimi, black sesame seed, and chili oil. Noodles came out plump and a nice light tooth. Broth was litle a kimchi strong mid level spicy affair – everything went well together. Good noodle, bright broth flavor. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4904511004174.
