Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion. This one was really quite nice! Thick and broad noodles bring a good chew and a slightly rustic kind of feel. The broth was not as spicy nor sour as I expected. This I would see as more entry level of a Sichuan variety from China and I think most would be very pleased with it as was I. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.
