I’m really not a mushroom fan, so I thought I’d see how much I disliked the variety. It’s pretty rare there’s a mushroom instant that I actually like, but it has happened… Let’s check this one out!
Sau Tao Mushroom Flavour Sichuan Spicy Noodle – Hong Kong
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to b meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add one bundle noodles to 500ml water. Boil for 4 minutes. Add seasoning sachets. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion, Youzu Sichuan pepper flake, spring onion, beef, sesame seed, and chili oil. The noodles are a little thin and round in shape. They really do well with the broth – a light mushroom flavor and a nice bite of Sichuan pepper.
