I like how the characters have wheels! This is another one of the ‘trolley noodle’ varieties – still unsure what kind of trolley they’re referring to. Let’s give it a try.
Sau Tao Tom Yum Flavour Trolley Noodle – Hong Kong
Detail of the lid (click to enlarge). Contains shrimp. To prepare, add in noodles and 500ml water for 1 minutes. Drain. Add sachets contents and 300ml boiling water. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Dodo fish ball, coriander, Thai basil, spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, chili oil, pepper flake, and sesame seed. The ‘trolley noodle’ is kind of the same gauge as yellow noodle, but much softer.
