Tis time for beef on the trolley! I never found out anything really as per why these are called trolley noodles, but hopefully will at some point. Let’s give them a try.
Sau Tao Trolley Noodle Beef Soup Flavour – Hong Kong
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add one bundle of noodles to 500ml boiling water and cook 4 minutes. Add in one sachet each of dry and wet sachets. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Two servings of noodles.
Two dry sachets of soup base powder.
Two wet paste sachets.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, pepper flake, and sesame seeds. The noodles are nice – flat with a little extra chewiness to them. A nice broth with a savory taste to it. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 087303857890.
