Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, chashu, spring onion, kizami shoga, shichimi, egg, and chili oil. Noodles came out quite well with a round shape and nice little chew to them. The broth is milky with a definite butteriness to it. Potato was sporadic and kind of interesting. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.
