Today we have something really interesting here. I often hear and see people raving about how many seasoning packets come with a pack of noodles – heck, I usually find that to be of great enjoyment. This one’s a little different – there are four different types of noodles! Let’s have a look.
Here are the stickers from the back. Viga Umbellata? It’s commonly referred to as a rice bean – here’s a Wikipedia link.

Look at this! Wow! These are all ricebean noodles with different added ingredients – from left to right, first is pumpkin, then purple sweet potato, pollen and finally seaweed.
The sesame sauce packet.
Rich color and nice scent.
The red onion packet.
Nice onion smell!
Finished (click image to enlarge). Added panko breaded shrimp, Vidalia sweet onions and bell peppers. The noodles have a nice texture and there are plenty of them. It’s neat how they all work so well together. The flavor is really quite light. I liked how there were little bits of red onion in there. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 4716873920463.
