Show Your Noodles: Week 1 Results

For the first week of “Show Your Noodles,” I received only one entry. Hoping some more of you decide to send some pictures! Hello, Ramen Rater!

I’m a great fan of your blog 🙂 I’m also a fan of instant noodles, especially of the Japanese variety.
The photo I sent you is Ajinomoto Oyakata soy sauce flavored noodles with a boiled egg, some pepper beef, and veggies (there were more veggies hidden under the noodles).
I call this type of setting Rat-ramen :p
I usually like to boil my noodles instead of just adding hot water to them. The taste is completely different that way 🙂
