Here’s the counterpart to the chicken version, found at the local grocery store. What bums me out is no Thai Curry Hot Pot Fusiuon Nissin variety at the local store. Idk… Hopefully I’ll run into it soon. Let’s give this one a try.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, sesame seed, and Fresno pepper. Noodle is about what you’d expect in the base Cup Noodle; maybe a nit more chew but not much. A thin broth with a beef flavor here, and vegetables. I’m really not a fan of this form of ramen here in the United States; it’s minimalistic and texturally challenged. 1.75 out of 5.0 stars.
