Alas, another new package Otoki variety! It used to be Ottogi, however they changed the brand name here in the United States. I’m in the mood – found it at HMart – let’s do it.
Otoki Jin Spicy – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains beef. To prepare, add veggie sachet to 500ml water and bring to boil. Add noodle and soup base. Cook for 4 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, narutomaki, pepper thread, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle is perfect – good stuff. The broth is also quite good – stronger heat than Otoki’s mild offering. The mild is more to my liking than the spicy insofar as flavor goes; the heat detracts slightly. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.
