Well, here’s the second of the trifecta of wings variants from Nissin. The ranch one I did previously? No thanks. Let’s give this a try – I see something promising.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chicken, sesame seed, scallion, and black pepper. Noodle comes out very well – same as in their Stir Fry range. The flavor is a very lemon forward hit with a very strange flavor surrounding it. It’s like a battle between lemon, a salty element, and a kind of peppery thing. While certainly better than it’s ranch flavored range mate, it still has a lot of problems for me as far as flavor profile goes. Coming out of the microwave, I was thinking seafood – like calamari and lemon coming out at a restaurant. 1.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 070662410028.
