Finished (click to enlarge). Added fishball, scallion, basil, and crushed red pepper. Noodle is spot on; I would guess it was a Thai style instant witithout the label. The broth is certainly tom yum – the heat, the seafood, the lemongrass – works very well and surprisingly all the corn in there works well as some crisp gives it a nice fresh sense. 4.25 out of 5.0 stars.
