Another neat one from James of Lakeside, California. This is an export for the US market from Vietnam. The first one I tried was chicken and it was pretty good. In comes beef. Let’s give it a whirl.

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in all sachets and fill to line with boiling water and cover 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, Chinese sausage, crushed red pepper, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle is decent with a hint of crumble which is indicative of its Vietnamese origins.
