Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add noodle a vegetable to 550ml boiling water and cook 3 minutes. Add remaining sachets. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added tofu puff, egg, scallion, sesame seed. Noodle is light and soft – works well with the broth. The broth has a nice lightly Sichuan peppercorn asset, a nice beef taste, and a light oiliness. It’s pretty savory and the bits of veg were nice as well. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars.
